As we are getting to the end of this year, we are glad to communicate you our news and thankfulness for ALL your support in Prayers, financially, in time, energy , sharing your knowledge or different talents, encouragement, testimonies, words of blessings, etc.

How sweet is our Lord showing himself through YOU with so many blessings and expressions of His love!

We can testify that our God has been more than faithful every single day of the year!

We have no words to express each one of YOU for your great help, because all of this would not be possible without your support, that we know for sure, God has placed in your heart with the purpose to bless others.

SOME RECENT NEWS ABOUT MISION ALJABA (The Quiver Mission Transition House):

Here’s a recent picture of our family (from left to right, and from back to front): Rode, Andrea, Juan Alberto, who came to this Ministry in October, Ilse, Maria Veliz, who came here in August. Then it’s Dena, me and Hugo, (Hugo’s nephew was just visiting) and our 10 yrs. old son, Noé, in the red T-shirt.

Our kids were on vacation from school, since October and are still enjoying a few more days before school starts (Jan 18th).

During this time they were helping us at home and in the garden. Dena y Noé love doing the plant pots.

Maria is such a hard worker and she enjoyed helping Hugo to weld some things and to get water out of the well!

Juan planted lots of radishes, some tomatoes and celery, cowliflower, garlic and fresh herbs. We also had some corn!

Hugo especially enjoyed installing the water system with a natural fertilizer he prepares himself (a simple system by dripping) .

Hugo’s parents own some chickens, and there was a day to kill some. Then Hugo and his Mom prepared them smoked in a special way…. Yummi! The type of fish they also raise in a pond are called “tilapias”.

In this area, there’s opportunity to disciple our kids for planting, raising chicken and fish, preparing natural fertilizers, planting cactus and different types of flowers, making cement plantpots, doing some welding, etc.

So there’s kind of interesting things to learn while they also have fun. When the kids go back to school in January/Feb. Hugo and his parents will miss all of them… but “Everything that happens in this world happens at the time God chooses” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

We must be thankful at any time!

(To be continued…….)
